Sunrise
Church seeks to be a Church...
-
that
welcomes all people.
-
that is a
haven of rest and place of security for those who need to see God in
difficult times.
-
that
promotes a ministry of prayer, worship, education, and
compassion.
-
that looks to the Bible, through study and
preaching, to shape our worldview and our response to the challenges
we face.
-
that joins
with God in his work through prayer, a study of God's word, and a
hunger for righteousness.
-
where
ministry is supported by all its people through prayer and active
participation.
-
with a
commitment to train our children and youth to love and serve God and
one another.
-
where
worship is a celebration of God's goodness and his forgiveness.
Love
God. Love others. Follow Jesus...

What
Will You Find at Sunrise Church?
At Sunrise
Church you will find a group of people who are seeking to live
authentically as ones rescued by God’s grace through the saving
work of Jesus Christ. We have a commitment to Christ and his church,
thus we take seriously our love for one another. The fellowship at
Sunrise Church is deeply fulfilling for those who apply themselves to
it. During your visit we hope that you sense our love for the Lord, our
love for one another, and most of all, God’s never-failing love for
you!
What
You Won’t Find at Sunrise Church
We believe that
as Christians we should offer our best in service to the Lord. Yet, we
also believe that the Christian life is about God’s grace, not
performance. Therefore, you may notice that Sunrise Church is not very
“polished.” You won’t find much flash or glitz at Sunrise. We
don’t want to “put on a show.” Instead, we desire that our
worship will be God-centered, Biblical and authentically worshipping the Lord
Jesus in spirit and in truth.
